No, our facials are holistic and non-invasive.

5. Can men get facials at Earth and Soul?
Absolutely. Our facials are suitable for all genders.

6. Will my facial include extractions?
Only if appropriate and requested, never forced.

7. Are your facials safe during pregnancy?
Yes, with pregnancy-safe products and techniques.

8. How long does a facial last?
Most facials are 60–90 minutes.

9. Can I wear makeup after my facial?
We recommend letting your skin breathe for a few hours.

1. What services do we offer?
We offers a variety of holistic and therapeutic treatments, including traditional Thai massage, Swedish, Deep tissue and Aromatherapy Massage.

2. How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are available exclusively by 1 day in advance booking. You can schedule your appointment by contact us or use chat box directly or through our website.
3. What are your operating hours?
We operate by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange a time that best suits your schedule.
4. What products do you use in your treatments?
We use 100% natural and organic products, sourced primarily from all around the world such as Thailand, Canada, Japan and The US. Our commitment is to provide treatments free of chemicals, ensuring a pure and holistic experience.
5. Can I book treatments for couples?
Yes, we offer treatments for individuals and couples.
6. What should I expect during my first visit?
Please arrive 10-15 minute upon your appointment.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our friendly staff who will guide you through your treatment options. We will conduct a brief consultation to understand your needs and preferences to tailor the treatment accordingly.
7. What should I wear to my appointment?
For Thai massage, you can wear comfortable clothing or use the spa cloth provided. For other massages, we will ask you to keep your underwear on to ensure your comfort and privacy.
8. What is your cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Please notify us at least 6 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.​
9. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates that make perfect gifts for any occasion. Please contact us to purchase a gift certificate.

Spa Policies

Your scheduled session is set aside for you.

You will have a consultation with your therapist to discuss your session.

Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment as part of our arrival policy.

Please contact your provider if you are going to be late. Please note that lateness will be deducted from your session time.

​Six hours cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for your session.

Should the session require, after your therapist has left the room, you may disrobe to your comfort level.

I understand that my therapeutic massage therapist or I may end the session at any time for any reason.

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Client Agreement: I understand that therapeutic massage therapists do not diagnose illness, disease, any physical or mental disorder, nor do they prescribe medical treatment, pharmaceuticals, or perform joint mobilization. I acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis, and it is recommended that a physician be seen for that service. It is my choice to receive therapeutic massage as a form of therapy. I understand that treatment given is designed to address the care and prevention of myofascial pain and dysfunction. I also undersand that at any time I feel pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapeutic massage therapist so they adjust. I have stated my pertinent medical conditions, and will update the massage therapist of any changes in my health status. I understand that my failure to do so may post a threat to my health and/physical well being and I hold Phuket Deluxe Spa and my therapeutic massage therapist from any liability whatsoever arising from failure on my part. By my electronic signature below, I agree to the massage policy and client agreement above.
Cleanliness
The massage studio will be obtain maximum 2 clients at the time. The spa equipment are disinfected. Every service keeps our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.

Our therapists are vaccinated and must always wash their hands and wear a mask.

Cancellation
All services appointments must be canceled 24 hours before the time scheduled.
Cancellation must occur before the time frames listed above to avoid 20% of the total price charge cancellation fees.
Lateness Please note that any lateness will be deducted from your session time.
Our arrival policy ensures that sessions start on time and run smoothly for all clients.
Clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
Value package is non-refundable and non-transferable unless a minimum of 48 hours' notice in respect of all spa packages.
Please note that this price does not include tips and travel fees in case of Home/Hotel services.
No show will be 100% charged
